  • We accept payments through Stripe and COD.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days. Delivery times vary based on location.
  • Once the order is shipped, we will provide tracking details.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.
  • If an order is undelivered due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, we are not liable for refunds or replacements.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Customers must record an unboxing video while opening the product. Returns without a video will not be accepted.
  • A return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for returns.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Approved returns will be replaced or credited; refunds are only provided if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
