  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
  • Returns will only be accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Record a clear unboxing video while opening your package to serve as proof of any damage or discrepancies.

  3. Attach the unboxing video and images of the product along with your order details in the return request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without a valid unboxing video.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Any return request made after 24 hours of delivery.

4. Refund or Replacement

  • Once your return is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available.
