- Without an unboxing video as proof, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- The return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
- Returns will only be accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
2. How to Request a Return
- Record a clear unboxing video while opening your package to serve as proof of any damage or discrepancies.

- Attach the unboxing video and images of the product along with your order details in the return request.
- Our team will review the request and verify the issue before approving the return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products without a valid unboxing video.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Any return request made after 24 hours of delivery.
4. Refund or Replacement
- Once your return is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
- Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
